Hi, I'm Robert Hogan, inventor of Bedcovers Foot Bunker
It all started with the purchase of a new blanket that was a bit heavier than the old one. That slight change in weight bothered my toes causing me to have restless nights.
On the third night during a restless stir, I became determined to find a solution to give my feet an open space so I could enjoy long periods of uninterrupted sleep.
BEDCOVERS FOOT BUNKER was born. It was the revolutionary solution to restless nights caused by heavy bed covers on my feet.
The first night using my first prototype foot bunker I knew I was on to something. The initial sensation of having feet freedom in bed was tremendous, but the result was even more spectacular – a full night’s sleep without tossing and turning.
I went to sleep on my back and woke up in the morning still on my back. It was wonderful.
Once I knew the product was a winner, the design phase kicked in.
I knew it needed to do a quick disappearing act by folding flat so you could make your bed with it in place. A very unique hinge was developed so the foot bunker sides could snap into position, keeping it sturdy, then fold flat disappearing under the covers.
Many prototypes later the end result, BEDCOVERS FOOT BUNKER, is over and above what I dreamed it could be.
Aside from hearing testers describe their initially experience with feet freedom and positive sleep results beyond what they imagined, was hearing how it may give comfort to people who have foot problems such as Arthritis, Neuropathy, CRPS, Gout, Rheumatism, sensitive toes, burns and a multitude of other ailments.

One side benefit I didn’t anticipate was a tester describing the new favorite spot for Cooper, her little dog. You guessed it. He was curled up right next to her feet under the protection of the foot bunker. It also has become his retreat during thunderstorms.
I now have a patent for BEDCOVERS FOOT BUNKER and trademarks for the logo and name because I believe it will help so many people and I want my brand to be a brand that stands for luxury and quality.
